When I heard this, I thought "since when is their a height limit to be considered a wizard/witch?" Makes me think being magical is like a roller coaster ride and you need to be tall enough or you'll fall out.
It's like from Star Wars, Leia says, aren't you a little short to be a stormtrooper?
And by coincidence, so is Selena. At least I think she is based on 40 seconds of exhaustive research. :-)
